Objectives:
- Promote the quality use of medicines

Provide GPs with independent evidence-based medicine guidelines

Improve health outcomes for Australians through prescribing that is safe, effective and cost-effective

Facilitate the dissemination of available NPS clinical audits

Increase GP awareness of the Quality Prescribing Initiative (QPI) for the Practice Incentives Program (PIP)

Provide practice visits on the latest NPS topis

Provide small group case study meetings

Provide information on the latest evidence-based guidelines

Provide support to GPs on NPS topics

Provide NPS resources to GPs

Disseminate the latest available NPS clinical audits
